One Day at Makassar 2006

one more day of traveling into the past. remember the feeling? it was so innocent. just watching some fishermen unloading their boat. buckets of fish are being carried away into the small harbour. the sun shined hard and made a glimmering lights covering their faces, bodies and smiles. children jumped into the water with joy. and i watched them carefully, tried to captured their spirit into my camera, which i know was impossible to do. well at least i tried to be part of the feast. celebrating life as life celebrating us...
